This 53-year-old female underwent a consultation at Neaman plastic surgery to discuss abdominal contouring. After several pregnancies, and despite diet and exercise, she found it difficult to obtain a significant improvement in her abdominal contour. After a detailed discussion with Dr. Neaman, the patient elected to proceed with a circumferential abdominoplasty with the hopes of improving her abdominal contour, excess skin and fat along the flanks, and repair her significant muscle separation. She underwent the procedure at an accredited outpatient surgery center. This procedure was combined with an augmentation mastopexy. She recovered uneventfully and is very happy with the improved abdominal contour, in addition to decreased excessive tissue along her flanks.
