This 48-year-old female patient is shown 6 months after undergoing a breast augmentation with inframammary fold (IMF) reconstruction performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. The patient previously had breast implants that were removed, and this procedure focused on restoring implant support, shape, and symmetry. New high-profile silicone implants sized at 520cc were placed, along with careful reconstruction of the inframammary fold to improve breast positioning and contour. A small amount of tissue was resected as part of the revision process. At 6 months post-op, her results demonstrate improved breast structure, balanced projection, and a smooth, natural-looking contour that reflects precise surgical planning and ongoing healing.
