What should I avoid after XERF treatment?

Your Advanced Aesthetician will provide Neaman Medi Spa’s specific post-care instructions following treatment. Follow those instructions regarding skincare, heat exposure, exercise, sun exposure, or other activities rather than relying on generalized online recommendations.
Does XERF hurt?
XERF is designed with patient comfort in mind. Patients generally experience warmth during treatment, while Integrated Cryogen Delivery and Wave Fit™ Pulse balance energy delivery with a cooling effect. No needles or routine numbing are required.

How long does a XERF treatment take?

How many XERF treatments will I need?
There isn’t one treatment schedule that’s right for everyone. Your recommendation depends on your skin condition, degree of laxity, anatomy, desired outcome, and response.

Is there downtime after XERF?

Is XERF the same as a facelift?
