We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and dynamic self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care to join our thriving clinic as a key member of our team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Essential Job Functions:
- Above average ability to problem solve, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Answering phone calls. Accurately taking and delivering messages to the appropriate provider staff.
- Daily faxing, scanning, and data entry.
- Scheduling new and returning patients.
- Knowledge of all providers’ schedules and restrictions.
- Professional looks, dress, hygiene, and overall appearance that you would expect to see in a Medical Spa/Plastic Surgery practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support, Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or team members as necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient call flow.
- Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience, answering questions and handling calls with empathy and professionalism.
Skills/Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 2+ years of call center or medical/clerical experience.
- Experience with EMR system.
- Critical thinking, above average ability to handle multiple tasks and phone calls in a positive manner.
- Provide excellent customer service in a positive, friendly, and accommodating manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of medical records confidentiality (HIPAA Compliance).
- Must have experience with computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and faxing.
