Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually + bonus potential, depending on experience

Neaman Plastic Surgery is seeking an exceptional Cosmetic Surgery Sales Representative to join our Cosmetic Surgery team. 

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role for someone who is polished, highly driven, compassionate, motivated, and skilled at building relationships over the phone and in person. The primary focus of this position is phone-based sales, lead follow-up, consultation conversion, and helping prospective cosmetic surgery patients take the next step in their journey. 

This is not a front desk role. This is not a basic scheduling position. This is a key sales and patient relationship role within our cosmetic surgery department. 

We are looking for someone with proven sales experience, excellent phone skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to confidently discuss pricing, financing, deposits, and next steps while still creating a caring and supportive patient experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary sales and relationship contact for prospective cosmetic surgery patients 
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person 
  • Conduct phone-based sales conversations with professionalism, warmth, and confidence 
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and established patients 
  • Educate patients on the consultation process, surgery scheduling process, and next steps 
  • Educate patients on the consultation process, surgery scheduling process, and next steps 
  • Confidently review consultation fees, surgical quotes, deposits, financing options, payment timelines, and balance due dates in alignment with practice policy.
  • Discuss financing options and help patients understand available payment solutions 
  • Follow up consistently with leads, consultations, and undecided patients 
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations 
  • Convert consultations into scheduled surgeries 
  • Support in-person sales conversations when needed 
  • Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative appointments, and related patient communication 
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and practice management systems 
  • Track patient communication, follow-up activity, and conversion opportunities 
  • Partner closely with surgeons, clinical staff, front office, billing, marketing, and leadership 
  • Provide a luxury-level patient experience that reflects the reputation of Neaman Plastic Surgery 
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with HIPAA standards 
  • Support department goals, sales initiatives, and practice growth

A strong candidate will have: 

  • Proven sales experience with measurable success 
  • Strong phone sales experience 
  • Experience converting leads, closing sales, or meeting performance goals 
  • Experience in cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, elective healthcare, surgical services, luxury sales, or high-touch customer service preferred 
  • Excellent telephone skills and confident in-person communication 
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with patients 
  • Comfort discussing pricing, deposits, financing, and payment expectations
  • Ability to balance empathy and compassion with sales confidence 
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to follow-up and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing practice

  • Experience with EMR systems, patient financing platforms, or CRM-style follow-up systems preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, patient coordination, hospitality, medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, elective healthcare, or luxury customer service strongly preferred 
  • Proven ability to meet goals, close sales, or convert leads preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn practice management systems 
  • Understanding of patient financing or willingness to learn 
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality 
  • Must be dependable, professional, and highly motivated 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
