What You’ll Do
As a Health & Wellness LPN, you will serve as an important clinical partner within the wellness team.
You will help guide patients through their healthcare journey while supporting both medical and wellness-based treatment plans.
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Partner closely with Dr. Barnett to delivery exceptional patient care
- Assist in patient assessments and ongoing treatment monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Perform injections, blood draws, vital signs, and clinical procedures
- Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Assist with Direct Primary Care visits and wellness consultations
- Support implementation of individualized treatment plans
Wellness & Preventative Care
- Build strong relationships with patients through ongoing communication
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and support
- Answer patient questions and coordinate care needs
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards
- Coordinate patient communication and follow-up
- Assist with care planning and ongoing monitoring

Qualifications
Required
- Current Oregon LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using electronic medical records
Preferred
- Primary Care experience
- Direct Primary Care experience
- Hormone Therapy experience
- Medical Weight Loss experience
- IV Therapy experience
- Preventive Medicine experience
- Integrative Health experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience in wellness medicine is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about patient care, prevention, and helping people live healthier lives.
