At 55, this female patient underwent a Body Lift (Circumferential Abdominoplasty) with Auto Augmentation performed by board-certified Dr. Neaman following a 100-pound weight loss over the previous decade. During her procedure, approximately 8 pounds of excess skin were removed, along with 950cc of fat through liposuction of the midsection. In addition to removing loose skin around the abdomen, waist, and lower back, the procedure incorporated buttock auto augmentation. This technique repositions the patient’s own tissue to enhance buttock volume and projection without the use of implants. At 6 months post-surgery, her case highlights a comprehensive approach to restoring lower body contours by addressing both excess skin and volume loss following significant weight loss.
