This 55-year-old female patient is shown after a staged Mommy Makeover performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. After losing more than 50 pounds prior to surgery, she chose body contouring procedures to address excess skin and improve overall proportion. Her first surgery included a breast lift (mastopexy) with implant removal, arm lift (brachioplasty), and bra line back lift. Two months later, she underwent a body lift (circumferential abdominoplasty) and full thigh lift to further refine the midsection and lower body. At 6 to 8 months post-op, her results show smoother contours, improved definition, and a more balanced silhouette. Approximately 13 pounds of tissue were removed across all procedures.
