This 37-year-old female patient is shown 6 months after undergoing a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Implants performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. This procedure included a lateral extension to address tissue along the outer breast and improve overall contour. A small amount of tissue was removed on each side, and silicone smooth round high-profile implants were placed beneath the muscle, sized 605cc on the right and 695cc on the left to enhance symmetry. Her before and after results demonstrate improved breast position, refined shape, and balanced volume with smooth contour.
