This 61-year-old female patient is shown 6 months after undergoing a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction to the flanks, back, and upper abdomen performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. The procedure addressed excess abdominal skin while tightening the midsection and refining surrounding areas.
