Excess abdominal skin and fullness around the waistline can be difficult to address through a single contouring technique. This 49-year-old female patient underwent a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) with Liposuction to the Flanks and Back performed by board-certified Dr. Neaman. Approximately 5 pounds of tissue were removed from her midsection, along with 2000cc of fat through liposuction. Combining an abdominoplasty with targeted liposuction allows for contouring of both the abdomen and surrounding waistline. Her surgery was performed as part of a Mommy Makeover that also included breast enhancement. At 8 months post-op, her case highlights a comprehensive approach to abdominal and torso contouring.
