Excess abdominal skin and fullness around the waistline can be addressed through a combination of surgical skin removal and targeted liposuction. This 57-year-old female patient underwent a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) with Liposuction to the Flanks and Back performed by board-certified Dr. Neaman. Approximately 7.5 pounds of tissue were removed from her midsection, along with 2050cc of liposuction to the flanks and back. This combination allows for comprehensive contouring of the abdomen, waistline, and surrounding torso. Her surgery was performed as part of a Mommy Makeover that also included breast reduction.
