This 61 year old underwent a subglandular silicone breast augmentation 30 years ago. Over the past several years she developed significant change in the shape of her breasts and became concerned for a rupture. She underwent an ultrasound verifying bilateral implant rupture and elected to proceed with implant removal, placement of new implants in the submuscular position with a vertical mastopexy in a single stage.
