This is a 41-year-old female who underwent a previous breast augmentation. With time, she noticed increased settling to the lateral aspect of the chest wall. She underwent a consultation with Dr. Neaman to discuss how to improve her previous breast augmentation results. After a detailed discussion, the patient decided to proceed with implant removal and replacement addition to tightening of her breast pockets as well as a breast lift (mastopexy).
