This 69-year-old female patient is shown 6 months after undergoing a bilateral breast lift with implant exchange and capsulectomy performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Neaman. She previously had breast implants placed by another surgeon, and following a right implant rupture, elected to exchange her implants. A capsulectomy was performed to remove scar tissue, and a breast lift was added to improve shape and position. Her new implants are 450cc on the right and 415cc on the left, selected to restore symmetry and volume. At 6 months post-op, her results highlight improved breast contour, balanced proportions, and a natural, rejuvenated appearance.
